Occupied Staging

$250 - CONSULTATION AND DETAILED STAGING REPORT

In this intensive and fun two-hour consultation, we will be using a detailed Staging Report/Checklist to write down everything that needs to be done to get the home the best price possible!

  • We start with a phone interview, so I can research your buyer demographic and prepare for our Consultation time
  • Using a photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss optimal, BIG return-on-investment, staging strategies that are designed to have big, emotional impact on your buyers
  • The detailed report also includes my essential "Open House Checklist" and "Closet Organization Checklist" and "Steps to Less is More''

SHOPPING AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Remember that we are EXPERT SHOPPERS who can save you tons of time and money because we know WHERE and WHAT to shop for. ( $100 hourly rate)

STAGING AND ACCESSORIZING WITH PURCHASED ITEMS

If you hire us to shop for the recommended items in your Staging Report , we can also stage your home with them on an hourly basis. ($100 hourly rate)

PHOTOGRAPHY PREP SESSION

Give your photography session the best possible outcome by having us come in the day before to fine tune the look of the entire house. This usually takes about an hour. ($100 hourly rate)
